Return Policy

At Cybersmart LLC, we understand that things can come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. Our return policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible.

 

Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel your service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cybersmartpro.com. If you cancel your service appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time, we will provide you with a full refund or a credit towards a future service appointment. If you cancel your service appointment less than 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time, we will provide you with a credit towards a future service appointment, but we will not provide a refund.

 

Rescheduling

 

If you need to reschedule your service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cybersmartpro.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and schedule your service appointment for a new date and time that works for you.

 

No-Shows

 

If you do not show up for your scheduled service appointment, we will not provide a refund or a credit towards a future service appointment.

 

Refunds

 

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us at info@cybersmartpro.com within 3 days of the service appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with a refund or a credit towards a future service appointment if appropriate.
